Dimitra Mougkasi

General Counsel Legal & Compliance

Dimitra Mougkasi joined HERACLES Group in 2017 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Legal & Compliance function. She has extensive experience in corporate law, compliance and competition law, providing strategic legal counsel that supports the Group’s business objectives.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media and Culture from Panteion University and actively participates in leadership development programs and specialized conferences in the fields of law and compliance.

Since April 2026, she has served as General Counsel of HERACLES Group, a member of Holcim.
