HERACLES Group delivers strong growth, accelerating its green transformation with €501 million in revenue and €95 million EBITDA

HERACLES Group delivered another year of strong performance, further strengthening its financial growth while accelerating the implementation of its investment strategy to drive the transition towards a new era of sustainable building solutions and specialized services.

In 2025, AGET ΗΡΑΚΛΗΣ reported revenue of €321 million, up 5.4% year-on-year, while EBITDA increased by 32.4% to €38.2 million. At the same time, capital investments more than doubled, reaching €51.3 million, reaffirming the company's long-term commitment to enhancing its competitiveness while investing consistently in sustainable growth.

A major milestone of the year was the launch of Project OLYMPUS, a landmark investment exceeding €400 million that will transform the Milaki Cement Plant in Evia into one of Europe's first near-zero carbon cement production facilities through Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)technology. The project has secured €124.5 million in co-funding from the European Union Innovation Fund and has been officially designated as a Strategic Investment by the Greek Ministry of Development.

The company continued to lead the industry's green transition, with its ECOPlanet low-carbon cement portfolio accounting for 55% of total cement sales volumes, making a substantial contribution to the adoption of more sustainable construction solutions across the Greek market.

The Group's other businesses also recorded strong performance. Lafarge Beton increased its revenue by 20.5% to €146 million, while ready-mix concrete sales exceeded 1.76 million cubic meters, representing the highest sales volume in the company's history. EBITDA grew by 23.1%, reaching €9.8 million.

HERACLES Group also maintains a strong industrial footprint in the aggregates and industrial minerals sector, operating a network of 15 aggregate quarries and 4 industrial mineral mines. In 2025, the business delivered another year of robust growth, with sales volumes increasing by 13% to 9.5 million tonnes, up from 8.4 million tonnes in 2024. Revenue reached €97 million, an increase of 18%, while EBITDA rose by 21.4%to €30 million.

Geocycle Hellas continued to advance the Group's circular economy strategy by maximizing the use of alternative resources and supporting the transition towards more sustainable production models. In the recycling sector, the company processes approximately 120,000 tonnes of packaging waste annually, recovering recyclable materials through its state-of-the-art facilities and returning them to the market as valuable secondary raw materials for industry.

At the same time, the Group continued to strengthen the circular economy through innovative management practices for Construction, Excavation and Demolition Waste (CDW), delivering significant environmental and social value. During 2025, HERACLES Group managed a total of  2.382.000 tonnes of CDW, representing an increase of more than 34.4% compared with 2024, transforming these materials into valuable resources for modern, sustainable construction.

Commenting on the results, Dimitris Chanis, Chief Executive Officer of HERACLES Group, said:

2025 was a landmark year for HERACLES Group. We strengthened our financial performance, accelerated our investments, and made decisive progress with Project OLYMPUS—an investment that will redefine the future of heavy industry in Greece. We remain committed to creating long-term value for our customers, our people, local communities and the environment, while actively contributing to the transition towards a low-carbon economy."
