Lena Belsi

Head of Geocycle Hellas 

Lena Belsi was born in Athens in 1966, originating from Vilia, Attica. Married with two children, she is a graduate of the Economics Department at Smith College in Massachusetts, USA, and has attended numerous seminars on Negotiation and Competition, as well as Business School programs within the HOLCIM Group.

She has been working since 1988, gaining experience in various positions in companies such as AT&T (USA), INTRASOFT, INTRAKOM, and the Mytilineos Group. In 2007, she joined the HERACLES GCC assuming the position of Procurement Director. In 2011, she also took on Solid Fuels Sales, and in 2012, she assumed responsibility for Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials.

Since 2017, she has focused her efforts on Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials activity (Geocycle), and since its establishment in 2019, she has been the Head of Geocycle Hellas S.A., a subsidiary of HERACLES Group. Additionally, Lena serves as the Vice President of SEPAN (Association of Recycling and Waste to Energy Industries)
