Re - Engineering Tomorrow

HERACLES Group's New Innovative Program for Young Engineers

True to its commitment to investing in the young generation, HERACLES Group is launching the “Re - Engineering Tomorrow” program, demonstrating in practice the interest and confidence it has to the young talents of our country. This is a 12-month paid program specifically designed for young Engineers who have just graduated or have little work experience (up to 3 years), aiming to develop these New Talents into the Group’s Next Generation of Engineers.

Specifically, via “Re - Engineering Tomorrow” HERACLES Group extends an invitation to graduate Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environment, Production & Management) who are looking for the next challenge, to leave their own footprint on the accelerated transition to sustainable construction, while realizing their professional ambitions.

The “Re-Engineering Tomorrow” program will enable participants to gain valuable work experience and develop their field of knowledge, by undertaking innovative projects both in Greece and abroad, as well as by rotating work groups. At the same time, they will be able to utilize training and specialization opportunities through targeted technical trainings and leadership development programs, thus acquiring the necessary skills to succeed and excel mainly at the Group's plants in Volos and Milaki, Evia.

Mr. Charis Demertzis, Human Resources Director, HERACLES Group, stated: “For all of us at HERACLES Group, our goal is to build progress for people and the planet. This time, with the “Re - Engineering Tomorrow” program, we are also calling on the young generation of Engineers who claim a more sustainable tomorrow for all to become part of our vision and help us build together the world where we want to live in. We offer the means and equal opportunities for Young Engineers to pursue their dreams, grow into capable and pioneering professionals and lead their industry by example.”
