Ioannis Nanis is a Human Resources Executive with extensive international experience in leading complex organizations across highly regulated sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, and Energy. His expertise focuses on operational transformation, organizational design, and global labor relations.

Most recently, Ioannis served as HR Lead for Global Manufacturing & Procurement at Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health), steering the HR agenda for over 8,000 employees worldwide. His journey with J&J also includes leading Supply Chain & Manufacturing HR for the EMEA region, as well as managing the company’s manufacturing facility in Mandra, Greece. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led cross-border HR teams and strategic initiatives across Greece, the Balkans, and Italy.

On a personal note, Ioannis is married and the father of two daughters.
