HERACLES Group and E.D.E. Contracting join forces for the sustainable and innovative “the SPOT” building

The collaboration consists in the application of modern real-scale 3D concrete printing technology for the first time in Greece

True to its vision to lead developments in the construction industry and accelerate the transition to innovative and climate-neutral constructions, HERACLES Group is entering into a collaboration with E.D.E. Contracting for the application of modern 3D concrete printing technology in the construction of “the SPOT” (Sustainable Practices of Tomorrow). This is a breakthrough practice that will be implemented on a real scale for the first time in Greece and will promote sustainable construction by reducing the use of building materials by up to 50%, thus making “the SPOT” a benchmark for future sustainable construction projects.

In particular, E.D.E. Contracting, with long standing experience in the design, management and implementation of construction projects, as well as in 3D concrete printing, offers its high expertise for the sustainable construction of the Building of Tomorrow, aiming at a minimum life-cycle environmental footprint. Leveraging E.D.E. Contracting's expertise in modern building technologies, “the SPOT” is changing the way of building in Greece.
