HERACLES Group, a member of Holcim, completed successfully the acquisition of LARSINOS S.A., one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the sectors of Ready-Mix Concrete, Aggregates and Mining in Greece with 2022 net sales of EUR 47 million.
Upon completion of the acquisition, HERACLES Group will operate 32 Ready-Mix Concrete Plants and 12 Aggregates Quarries having the largest geographical coverage in the country and further enhancing its leading position in the building materials industry.
This acquisition enables HERACLES Group to serve any construction project in the country and thereby strengthens significantly its competitiveness. Driven by its strategy to accelerate green growth, HERACLES Group will offer ECOPact green concrete range through the new Ready-Mix Concrete plants, reaffirming HERACLES’ commitment to lead the transition towards sustainable construction.
