Charalampos Demertzis

Human Resources Director
Charis Demertzis has been the Director of Human Resources at HERACLES Group since January 2021. He graduated from the School of Chemical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and holds master's degrees in Energy Management and Environmental Protection from the University of Piraeus and in Business Administration from the Alba Graduate Business School. He joined the HERACLES Group in 2006, successively taking on the roles of Process Engineer at  Halkis Plant, Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager & Financial Control at Milaki Plant, and Group Human Resources Development Manager, while also being responsible for coordinating Labor Relations.
