HERACLES Group is upgrading its information and communication platform heracles-footprint.gr
With a view to enhancing transparency, as well as two-way information and communication, HERACLES Group is enriching the heracles-footprint.gr platform with new data illustrating even more accurately the Group's Sustainable Development performance, envisioning an innovative, climate-neutral construction industry that applies the principles of circular economy in terms of resource use. The platform is upgraded with the aim of providing regular updates and more detailed information on HERACLES Group’s performance in its four strategic pillars: nature, climate, circular economy and society.
In particular, more data have been added to the section “Our performance” reflecting in full transparency the environmental performance of HERACLES Group. The renewed heracles-footprint.gr platform includes additional information about its activity. Moreover, it is possible to overview the overall emissions of plants easily and quickly by accessing earlier measurements. At the same time, having the protection of the aquatic ecosystem at the top of our agenda as a key priority of the Group's Sustainable Development Strategy, the platform will also include the marine and groundwater monitoring data of our two cement plants.
Similarly, additional information about every site of HERACLES Group will be posted on the new heracles-footprint.gr platform, making it a kind of “Site Observatory”, which includes data on Terminals, Quarries, Mines and Ready Mix Plants across Greece.
