Α sewage disposal system was the first solution considered, but proved to be  inconveniently expensive. As a result, the surface of the parking lot was chosen to be covered with water-permeable Hydromedia™ special concrete. Hydromedia™ operates as a “shield” in heavy rain, the concrete along with the sub-base aggregates behave as absorbers. Aggregates prevent the sewer network from overloading and filter the sediments and solid particles that are carried by rainwater. It is worth noting that the concrete is strong enough to withstand the weight of delivery trucks.
